At TORN vintage, we want you to love your unique finds, but if a piece doesn't fit your story, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are returned in their original vintage condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring the TORN vintage authentication tag remains intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of approval.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the garment's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
